The Name Lá  Bon

Our name pays tribute to Lois Ann Bonvicino, affectionately known as Grandma Clementine. Grandma Clementine is front row at every show and always dressed up to match the theme. She is one of our biggest fans and has truly become a grandmother figure for all of us. Like her, Lá Bon Burlesque is about having fun, being compassionate, and embracing a bit (or a lot) of sass. Naming our troupe after family felt fitting because, at our core, we are a family. A welcoming haven where people come together to create, let their guard down, and forge meaningful connections.
